The Kansas-Paraguay Partners (KPP) collection consists of typical organizational records, such as meeting minutes, annual reports and annual meeting materials, newsletters, memoranda and correspondence including from the parent organization, workshop and conference materials, newspapers and clippings, financial records, various committee records, notes, audio-visual materials, trip information and reports, agreements and contracts, grant files, photographs, subject files, membership information, etc. The records also include materials from 25th anniversary planning and the various programs on which the partnership has worked, such as farmer-to-farmer programs, youth exchanges, trade initiatives, and other programs developed by the various committees in KPP.
